Blanche (Lodi)
Blanche, also known as Lodi, is an apple with two tastes. A few days before full ripening, still tinged with green, it is very firm, rather sweet, refreshing and good for biting.
As it ripens, it becomes yellow and sweeter, with meatier, softer flesh (perfect for purees and sauces).

Taste: Medium sweet
Harvesting: August 1st
Vista Bella
Vista Bella is an apple that turns red when exposed to sunlight. Its flesh is clear, crisp and very juicy (perfect for juicing!).
Its taste is highly aromatic. Its drawback? It's fickle when it comes to storage: you can keep it in the fridge for a few days, but it's at its best freshly picked.
Firmness: Tender
Taste: Medium-sweet and aromatic
Harvesting: August 1st
Melba
Melba is a long-established variety in Quebec. It is a juicy, crisp, medium-sweet apple with a delicious, slightly spicy taste.

Jersey Mac
Jersey Mac is an early apple with a dark red color and white flesh. Chewy and very juicy (perfect for juicing!).
